Dropset Control Training Shoes

Grounded stability meets purpose-built training design. These adidas dropsets lean into heavy lifts with a low profile, reinforced midfoot, and a sturdy yet responsive feel underfoot. The breathable mesh upper keeps comfort high during intense workouts, while the structured overlays and a visible stability frame help you stay steady through dynamic moves.

The three white stripes ride over a black knit surface, paired with a chunky but controlled midsole that cushions landings without losing energy return. A durable rubber outsole grips reliably on gym floors, so you can push through sets with confidence.
